Policies-

• Serendipity is non-smoking including all rooms, buildings, porches, outdoor areas, hot tubs and sauna. Non-compliance with this policy will result in reservation cancellation and no refunds will be given.
• Check in time is 4:00 pm or later on the first day of reservation.
• Check in for all rooms takes place in the B&B house.
• Payment of a deposit is due upon reservation. Payment for the balance is due on check-in. The deposit requirements are as follows:

• Payment for remainder of stay is due upon check in.
• Any reservation made within the 14 day cancellation policy requires prepayment of the entire amount due.
• If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know as soon as possible, particularly if you experience delays while driving to Saugatuck.
• Check out time is 11:00am on the morning following the final night's reservation.
• Excessive cleaning costs and/or damages incurred may be charged to your credit card.
• Keys may be left in rooms at check out.
• The Library, Music Room, and Garden Suites are appropriate for families. Please let us know the ages of your children.
• The Stableman's & Carriage Barn Suites, Light Keeper's Cottage and all B&B rooms are appropriate for adults only.
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
• Hot tubs and Sauna are available to those 18 years and older only.
• Pets are not appropriate.
• Cancellation Policy :

• No shows are non-refundable.
• The deposit is nonrefundable if a cancellation is made on or within 14 days of the check-in date.
• The deposit is refundable (less 10% of the total reservation cost) if a cancellation is made prior to 14 days from the check-in date.
• We cannot guarantee the weather, therefore the cancellation policy applies even if adverse weather conditions exist.
